Tallgrass Beef Doggie Brownies

Ingredients:

• 3 to 3 and 1/2-lbs. of Tallgrass Beef Liver, Ground Beef, or Free-Range Chicken
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 2 cups white flour
• 1/2 cup cornmeal
• 1 medium shaker of grated parmesan cheese

Warning: NEVER feed your dog chocolate. Chocolate is harmful if fed to dogs and may result in their death.

Preheat oven to 350° F. Cover cookie sheet with foil, coat with cooking spray; sprinkle lightly with corn meal and set aside. Process liver in food processor or blender until it looks like milk chocolate. Pour into large mixing bowl and blend in the rest of the ingredients. Spread evenly onto cookie sheet (the mixture will be thick) and sprinkle lightly with corn meal.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes until no pink is left. Cool brownies after baking; cut and serve.

Yields 36 treats.
