In the early 1970’s, Henry Fudge started a quest to recapture the classic big-ribbed, full-bodied, easy growing hogs of the past. This quest led Henry to exceptional breeders of old time swine genetics, who had refused to change to the “modern” genetics of super lean, bland tasting commodity pork. These old fashioned hogs are bred for the outdoors, and thrive in an “All Natural” environment. They are produced without the use of antibiotics or unnatural additives or supplements of any kind, and they have continuous access to the great outdoors, being raised the old fashioned way on a 100% plant food source diet.
